Payment Terms: Payment schedules and terms are specific to the country of application and the type of visa process. Clients may be required to pay before service, after service, or in installments, as determined by the specific case.

Refund Policy: Our refund policy is dependent on the type of visa process and country. Generally, consultancy fees are non-refundable. A refund may only be applicable for a "done-based" visa process, as explicitly agreed upon in a separate, written agreement.

Clients are responsible for providing TVM with accurate, complete, and truthful information, along with all required documents, in a timely manner. TVM will not be held liable for any delays, rejections, or penalties resulting from false, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client.

Professional Guidance: TVM guarantees to provide professional guidance, best efforts, and dedicated support throughout the application process.

No Guarantee of Approval: TVM does not guarantee visa or admission approval. The final decision rests solely with the relevant embassy, consulate, or educational institution. TVM is not liable for any decisions, delays, or rejections that are beyond our control.

TVM is committed to protecting all client data. However, by engaging our services, clients acknowledge that their information may be shared with third parties (e.g., embassies, universities, and partner organizations) as required to facilitate the visa or admission application process.

Any disputes or claims that arise between the client and TVM will first be addressed through internal discussion and mediation. If a resolution cannot be reached, all disputes will be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of Pakistan.
